Our mission is to provide remote work experience to people with disabilities while also providing information technology services to nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and government agencies.

McGrath Solutions provides “access” to work by connecting people with disabilities to internships and volunteer opportunities in the information technology field, remotely from home. These opportunities allow people with disabilities to increase their work experience while determining if remote work is a good fit.
