McGrath Solutions keeps overhead costs low by consolidating and sharing resources among the organizations we serve and by focusing on the use of open source software when available. All staff and volunteers work remotely so there is no expense of renting office space. However, McGrath Solutions still requires funding to cover staff and intern salaries, office supplies, software, and remote collaboration tools to manage our clients and interns.
