What type of companies or organizations do you work with?
We focus on nonprofits, small business, and government agencies; however, we are are willing to work with larger companies too. It really depends on the project. We focus on smaller projects.
How much do you charge?
This depends on the service and size of the project. We do offer special pricing for nonprofits and small businesses.
Who will work on our project?
Right now, our focus is on hiring interns and volunteers to work on client projects. This depends on the scope and size of the project. We match interns and volunteers to projects based on their skill set. All interns and volunteers are supervised and given performance reviews by supervisors and the clients they serve. All positions we offer are remote work from home positions.
Are remote workers reliable?
Yes. All of our interns, volunteers, and staff are monitored to make sure the work gets done and deadlines are met. All employees/interns must keep in constant contact with supervisors and the customer. All employees/interns are evaluated on their performance by supervisors and the customer.

What is your process for starting services?
First, fill-out and submit a Request Information form. Then we will contact you to discuss your organization’s needs and develop an initial proposal.
What are the benefits of hiring people with disabilities?
Sure there are hiring requirements and tax incentives, but there many more reasons for hiring people with disabilities. We want to work and do not take anything for granted. We are loyal to our bosses and companies and do not jump ship when things get tough. We can adapt to most situations and tend to do more work than people without disabilities. We are motivators. People with disabilities work because it gives us freedom to own a home, buy a car, get married, go on vacation, and buy gifts for family and friends. These are all things that most people with disabilities do not get to experience because we are not given a chance to work. Check out Bender Consulting for more on hiring people with disabilities. Joyce Bender has dedicated her life to getting people with disabilities employed.
What are the benefits of remote work?
Remote work reduces company overhead because less office space is needed and electricity costs are reduced. Travel costs are almost non-existent as meetings can be held online. Also employees save money on gas with no commute. Productivity also increases because employees are always near their work. If they are approaching a deadline, they can work late and on weekends without having to run to the office. However, not all jobs are appropriate for remote work and not all people are cut out for remote work.
